Paint color for a bathroom remodel?

We are partially re-doing our master bathroom and are stuck on wall color. There is existing tile that is very light gray with black 1x1 pieces placed diamond shape in between each four tiles. Vanities will be painted glossy white and will have black granite counter tops. Trim is white, hardware is brushed nickel. Tub and sinks are white, the shower is the same tile as on the floor. I would like to paint the walls a soothing gray but am afraid maybe there should be some color in the room...like very very pale blue? Any suggestions would help.Paint color for a bathroom remodel?
Hi there...

there are no shoulds and shouldn'ts actually... it all depeneds on your likings... it's your bathroom.

the light pale blue can, however, add interest and create a relaxing mood breaking the monotony of neutrals... i'd say go for it!

have accessories and bath items in blue and maybe steel or white...

have fun with it all...Paint color for a bathroom remodel?
I think you have a very modern design scheme for your vanity and counter tops. Since they're both neutrals, it will look great with a bluish color. I think some form of blue, purple, or green will look better than just gray. But with the gray, you can also play around with more unique colors and designs for bath accessories, good luck!
Use the grey and get colorful towels, washcloths, and bath mats to set it off. Also you can use brightly colored candles, soap dispensers, etc. to do this.
i used a ';slate'; grey, with a bluish tint to it, with similar fixtures and backgrounds, it looked great
