IF YOU CAN CHANGER YOuR EYE COLOR HOW? Is iT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE YOUR EYE COLOR ON PAINT SHOP PRO X2?
Open your pic in PSP.


Hold Shift and D to duplicate your pic and close the original.


Right click your picture and convert to raster.


Select your freehand selection tool.


By left clicking, trace around an eye. When you have come to the starting point right click to close it off.


Then hold down the shift on your keyboard then start tracing the other eye.


Click on Selections - Invert.


Click on Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colourize.


Move both sliders to the colour of your choice.
