okayy so i'm redoing my whole room. but right now we're just working on one part. so i have no idea what to do for my room ! please help me ! oh and i wanted to do paint splatter on my walls but my mom won't let me do that. so if there are any other cool desings.. let me know !!! :) thankss !What color should i paint my walls for my bedroom ?
I would do a two-tone theme, like light aqua on 3 walls, and then deep purple on the smallest wall, for a hint of fun, without making your room too dark.

As for the splatter, why not? Just add it without taking up a whole wall. Get a large blank canvas at Michael's, or search Goodwill for a large old painting. Then paint your base color over it, maybe 2-3 coats, then splatter like crazy.

You will have a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, which you can proudly say you designed and made!

I'm envious....as a kid, I lived in a white-on-white-on-white room, with white ceiling tiles! What color should i paint my walls for my bedroom ?
Colors: For a teenage girl I suggest lime green, bright orange, hot pink, lemon yellow, lavender or sky blue. Use 1 to all of those colors and paint spots or stripes or the walls.

Spots: If you are doing spots the back round should be white or a color you didn't use yet or a lighter version of one of the colors. For a funky effect have some of the spots run in to each other a little, the spots should be all different sizes.

Stripes: For Stripes you can either do...

1.)2 completely different colors in wide vertical stripes

2.)2 stripes of the same color but different shades in wide vertical stripes

3.)3 stripes of the same color but different shades in wide vertical stripes(example: dark, light, dark)

4.) Use idea 2.) but a different color for each wall.

Compromise: If your mom thinks it's too much, compromise for...

1.)One wall to be like that and the rest be a lighter version of one of those colors

2.)One wall to be like that and the rest be white

3.)Every other wall be a different color

4.)Every other wall be of two colors (example: pink, orange, pink, orange)
I agree with your mom with not doing the entire room splatter, but if you really like splatter then maybe you can compromise doing it to your closet doors or go to delias.com and get the splatter paint curtains, sheets, or covers:

As for colors, you should choose wisely! As cool as lime green, hot pink, or black may seem, having it on your walls isn't going to turn out well. If you like pink then try something more neutral. I'll suggest some colors for you to look up on this website (just click launch color visuliser):

-impatient pink

-eros pink

-laudable lime

-lime rickey

-forget-me-not (love this one!)

-passionate purple

-blue mosque

-major blue (personal favorite)

Another thing you can try is doing and accent wall. Either choose a color for 3 walls and one wall is white with that color splattered on it or try a metallic wall. Like blue with silver or purple, sea green with gold. Or you could get a wall mural like they have on pbteen.com. I really like going on some poster websites like posters.com and allposters.com. thy have tons of posters for everything!

Hope I could help! :)
I agree with your Mom. You don't want a room that looks like a graffiti covered toilet.

Choose a colour you like, then go see the paint charts and chose the shade you like. Imagine how the soft furnishings will look with it and take into consideration the colour of your furniture.

Cheers

You could use a funky fabric on one of the walls . Just dip in liquid starch and apply . To remove just wet and peel off.
