I've always liked the color combination of blues and greens so how about a nice blue shade -- something that compliments both shades of green, perhaps a baby, or ice, blue. What color do I paint my bathroom walls when I have a light green tile floor and a dark green sink?
white or an off white might be appealing.
maybe even a very light yellow
actually, a very very light anything might work
take some clues from mother nature.
dark colors will make the room appear smallerWhat color do I paint my bathroom walls when I have a light green tile floor and a dark green sink?
My friend did her daughters bedroom in a light green with pale pink accents it looks good. You might try a shade of pink. With wall hangings trimmed in green same as sink.
I would say a neutral color, mabe off-white or light beige.
I'm guessing that you meant the countertop is dark green, and the sink, commode and shower are probably white. Why not a green barely a shade darker than the floor with just a touch of silver. The light color will give the illusion of a larger room, and the color will blend your other two shades of green into each other. You could use pewter in mirror frames, lighting, door and drawer pulls and accessories. You could then use smokey grey, the light green and a number of other colors for accent...lilac, lavendar, a pale grey-white, mauve, rose, taupe, even a midnight blue would look good.
yellow
pink or yellow
pale pink looks really crisp with green
A sand or taupe color would look nice also :)
Olive blue, green blue, or dark orange.
nothing green...id say a pale color maybe a cream
depends on your bathroom size. If you have a small bathroom then go with something light and airy, like a baby blue with whit trim anddifferent shades of blue and green stripes horiaontally on the walls at about chair rail or higher. make one of the stripes big and the others should vary in size. if you need the room to look taller you could also pick the most open wall and give it another stripe vertically. make this one a thin line. then use lots of shades of green and blue along with white accent peices. Bule and green milk/carnival glass items would catch the light and spread it. white towels and a white rug would also help to lighten up the area.
On the other hand if you are bold and your bathroom is large like mine, then you could go with a dark( and i do mean dark) choc. brown. Agian white trim to keep it from being to o dark. usind lots of green and white accents to liven the space up. maybe polka dots in various sizes tor even squares. Just have fun with it what ever you do since the bathroom should be both invigorating and soothing depending on the time of day!
id go with spring green...light color, but still green, i have it in my living room...
White, or maybe light green.
